Have you received a letter for a previous occupier?

If you have received a letter for the previous occupier or someone who is not known to you please let us know by completing the form below.  

Please provide us with your name, address, the reference number on the letter you have received, the date you took over the property and copies of supporting documents.

Please provide sufficient support evidence/information, it is necessary to include at least one of the following options:

• A Tenancy Agreement
• A Council Tax Bill
• A Utility Bill
  • Gas
  • Electricity
  • Water
  • Telephone (a mobile is not acceptable)
  • Internet/Broadband

Any utility bills provided can not be more than 3 months old.
