Training Academy

S&G have a unique approach to the enforcement industry

Having been trained in old school techniques the directors of S&G decided that there could be a better way of achieving effective enforcement. S&G set about creating an environment that allows charge payers, third party agencies and clients and to feel confident dealing with our agents and support team.

  • S&G provide training to clients and third-party agencies regarding enforcement practice, S&G’s unique approach to enforcement, our recovery methods, vulnerability identification and legislation.
  • By interacting and giving free training to third party agencies S&G has educated these sectors in our methods and given them confidence in our practices.
  • Regular training is provided to the S&G team, the training is a mixture of classroom and in the field. Regular assessment is undertaken to ensure our high standards of enforcement and collection are maintained.
  • Experienced enforcement agents joining S&G receive a 6-week induction prior to working alone, only after they have passed assessment ensuring that the S&G ethos is adhered to will they be allowed to act alone.
  • New enforcement agents undertake a 26-week course of training, assessment and need to pass the Taking Control of Goods examination prior to working alone.
  • All S&G personnel receive regular and updated training in respect of company policies and procedures. Training is updated annually.
