Civil Enforcement Agency

Stanford & Green has a proven reputation in the collection of Local Government revenue since 1993.

Our strength and growth has been generated by forming strong client relationships, investment in the latest technology and the retention of experienced quality personnel.

Year on year we continue to exceed our client´s expectations with outstanding collection rates and great service.

The new `Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2013` have come into force; this means that there is a new set of regulations governing the civil enforcement industry.

One of the most significant changes is a new fee structure that has been set by the Ministry of Justice.

The level of fees you will incur for each action taken in respect of the collection of Council Tax, Business Rates (NNDR), Penalty Charge Notices and Commercial Rent are shown in the table below.

Enforcement Fees (as from the 6 April 2014)

Fees due at each Stage

enforcement company)

Enforcement Stage

Enforcement agents are no longer required to enter your home and take control of your goods prior to making arrangements.

You are therefore strongly advised to contact Stanford & Green Ltd at the earliest opportunity to avoid incurring extra fees.
